Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic and fast-paced Emergency Room (ER) team in Lawrenceville, GA. As an Emergency Room RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients experiencing various medical emergencies. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the ER setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong decision-making abilities, and the ability to think quickly on their feet.

*Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse Emergency Room:*
* Utilize your knowledge and expertise as an RN to provide effective and efficient care to patients in the emergency room.
* Quickly assess and triage patients based on their presenting conditions and severity of illness or injury.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients.
* Perform comprehensive physical assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as per physician orders.
* Assist with invasive procedures and interventions, including but not limited to IV insertions, wound care, and suturing.
* Monitor and reassess patients continuously, updating their care plans accordingly.
* Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and concisely.
* Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure patient safety and infection control standards are met.
* Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols in the provision of patient care.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
