Full-time or Part-Time, Exempt Line of Authority:

Reports to the Assistant Head of School (AHOS)

Responsibilities Include: Essential Duties: operates the School’s infirmary following appropriate PA and Montgomery County DOH procedures; administers medication; daily management of chronic and emergent illnesses and injuries with accompanying documentation; organises vision and hearing tests; monitors and tracks infection outbreaks at the school; screens for head lice; is a key member of the School’s emergency response team. Teaching: Health and Wellness classes. Athletics: attends home athletic games to provide medical services as needed.

Minimum Requirements: Pennsylvania State Registered Nurse license. Two years of experience as a licensed RN. Recent paediatric or school nurse experience preferred. First Aid, AED and age-appropriate CPR certification. Valid Pennsylvania Driver license.
