We’re looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Operations Team to help our customers solve any packaging quality issues

Your role here

From Day 1, your customer focus and trouble shooting skills are put into action. Working with our customer service and sales team, you’ll be on the front line, supporting the NCN (Corrective Actions) process and obtaining samples for suppliers/investigations.

Your experience and background

  • Strong Administrative Experience

  • Ability to identify and support opportunities which will help to optimize customer-focused Quality Management

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Familiar with cGMP’s, Quality Management SOP, Formal Quality systems such Food Safety, HACCP, ISO, etc
