Position Overview: Director of Sales
As our Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success. You will lead our sales efforts, develop strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue and achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for both properties.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local businesses.
Collaborate with the regional team to create and execute effective promotional strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure a seamless guest experience from initial inquiry to check-out.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably with knowledge of the Hilton and IHG brands.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A high degree of drive, ambition, and a customer-centric mindset.
