Description

The YMCA is looking for a Cashier staff member to join our team. Under the supervision of the Aquatics Coordinator you would do the following:

Aquatics Cashier:

• Ensure safe environment
• Operate Entrance area and any food court area
• Report all safety-related incidents promptly and accurately.
• Open and close pool area.
• Provide member services.
• Check in participants/members.
• Maintain records of swimming aquatics participation.
• Follow check-in and service procedures.
• Follow cash management and receipting procedures.
• Perform computer data entry and retrieval (input registrations, update rosters).
• Report incidents relating to safety or pool operations.
• Follow and enforce policies and procedures, safety standards, and pool rules.
• Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Education & Certification:

Must be 16 with a valid work permit.
