Analyze system requirements and provide functional support. Work on functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures. Interact with clients and account managers to acquire and work out feasible requirement plans. Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards. Perform market and competitor analysis. Apply expertise in quantitative analysis in dependent research, data mining and the presentation of data to understand customers’ needs/specifications and how they interact with our business products. Customize and manage integration tools, databases and analytical systems. Manage and structure data. Provide support to the development team with knowledge of data infrastructure and imaging/spatial analysis. Provide technical support to the engineering team for daily maintenance. Initiate customized product testing plans to meet client demand. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics Engineering or Mathematics with at least 6 months experience. Must have skills in Law Enforcement and Public Safety Domain Knowledge, GIXML interface solutions, Low code development and maintenance of Police & Fire RMS systems, and advanced SQL with performance tuning.
