Travel Diagnostic Medical Sonographer/Ultrasound Tech
Length : 13 weeks
Requirements:
1 year experience
ARDMS registered RDMS(OB/GYN) or (AB) or (BR)
or ARRT registered R.T.(S)(ARRT) or R.T.(S)(BS) (ARRT)ARDMS registered RVT(VT) or ARRT registered R.T.(S)(VS)(ARRT)
or ARDMS registered RDCS(AE) or (PE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS)
AHA BLS
1 year of ultrasound experience strongly preferred
COVID-19 Initial Shot(s)

All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.

Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a

o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or

o 1 dose bivalent vaccine

Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.

Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable..
