Responsibilities: - Interpret blueprints to assess and plan plumbing installations and layouts. - Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures. - Troubleshoot heating systems and handle various household appliances. - Cut, solder, press, and assemble pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures. - Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance. - Respond to customer inquiries and call-outs promptly. - Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve problems. - Prepare accurate cost estimates. Requirements: - Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship. - 5+ years of experience as a plumber. - Valid plumbing license (or equivalent experience; assistance provided in obtaining a plumbing license). - Valid driver's license. - Strong knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems. - Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools. - Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Dependable, punctual, and physically dexterous.
