Healthcare Compliance Program Manager
for a
hybrid based
opportunity in
New Brunswick, New Jersey (NJ),
to join a global pharmaceutical company.
Responsibilities of the Healthcare Compliance Program Manager
Manage monthly metrics and data on the global med tech HCC SharePoint site, maintain the site, assist with risk assessment presentations, and support program management tasks
Lead components of the compliance program including risk management, training, communications, metrics, and reporting
Partner with the Director to assist Global Pharmaceutical & Enterprise HCC leaders and team, contractors, and HCC Professionals
Qualifications of the Healthcare Compliance Program Manager
3+ years of compliance and data analytics experience is required; preferably in a healthcare, finance, quality, pharmaceutical, or med tech background preferred
Risk management and/or risk assessment experience in healthcare
Experience in analytics, working with database or reporting tools, and website maintenance
Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Tableau, Excel, and Microsoft Power Apps
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Design, Information Management, or a compliance related field
Compensation for the Healthcare Compliance Program Manager
Salary Range
: Commensurate with experience
