Developing unique partnership structures based on the needs of DVMs, CityVet provides opportunities for true value and wealth creation. What we offer: $150K-$240K+ DOE for Lead/Partner Unlimited earning potential: Our progressive comp model has no limit (and no pressure). You’ll receive a base salary as soon as you join. Leadership development: Our DVMs are lifetime learners. Our CityVet Academy can support you with customized programs to meet your ongoing development needs. Prosal compensation structure: You are paid according to your own clinical practice of medicine; not a dictated quota. 401K with an above industry 4% match Vacation: We understand the need to reset and recharge.
