QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for someone who can work a full-time schedule during the hours of Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. You also need to meet the following requirements:

  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to accurately complete administrative tasks


WHAT TO EXPECT

As a Client Success Agent, you positively represent our company as you speak with prospective and current customers. You answer phone calls, take messages, schedule appointments, and answer customer questions. Always upbeat and professional, you direct messages to the appropriate party and handle complaints the best you can.

You regularly use Buildertrend to document leads, record activities, and follow up with clients. Don't worry if you haven't used it before - we'll train you on the software You also create and update client files to make sure we always have the most current information. If anyone in our office needs your help, you eagerly take on whatever tasks you can.
