  • DIGITAL AND ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
  • Perform as a Scrum Master for 2- 4 scrum team(s) simultaneously completing system life cycle using the Agile Scrum Methodology phases from project initiation, analysis and requirements, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
  • Perform Demand Management and Project Support Office functions
  • Perform burn-down metrics and maintenance, inspect, and provide metrics on artifacts, conduct change management, remove impediments, anticipate risks and dependencies managing them proactively.
  • Assist the Product Owner and Scrum team with Product and Sprint backlog planning and maintenance, ceremonies, artifacts creation, and maintenance.
  • Analyze, provide guidance, and communicate with all stakeholders constantly improving the quality of deliverables, and evolving the Definition of Done.
  • Train and coach, the organization on the Scrum framework, tools, values, processes, principles, values, best practices, execution, and adoption. Ensuring Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to across the organization to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization 100%
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to embrace the servant leader role of removing barriers to productivity, monitoring progress, and coaching team members on their roles
