About the role:

  • Assess patient's condition and nursing needs; set goals and utilize appropriate nursing actions to achieve goals
  • Provide and document nursing care, ensure that physician's orders are carried out
  • Administer medications and perform routine treatments
  • Assist physician with special tests, procedures and complex treatments
  • Provide education for patients and family members

Qualifications:

  • Program Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Minimum three years related experience
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days required
  • RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM required

Physical Requirements: Heavy Work, physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Medium Work.

Working Conditions: Sig Hazard: Chemicals, Bio Hazardous Materials req PPE.
