Our team members provide one-on-one care to our patients while improving their quality of life. We strive to maintain work/life balance and offer flexible schedules to our employees. The successful candidate will work closely with one patient in their home environment, performing various nursing tasks such as administering medications, wound care, Tube Feedings, Trach/Vent care, monitoring vital signs, assessing the patient's medical condition, etc. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care.QualificationsCurrent Colorado LPN licenseGraduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent BLS/CPR certificationExcellent assessment and critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skillsPrevious home care experience preferredAssignment:This is a part time position with potential growth to full time.
