Job Description:
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist/COTA to join our team in a school-based setting. This role offers the opportunity to create significant positive impacts on the lives of children with special needs and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement treatment plans for children with special needs.
- Monitor and measure client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide support and information during IEP meetings.
- Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and school teams.
- Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- California License.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Experience working with children with special needs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to flexible, full-time schedules.
