Job Description:

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist/COTA to join our team in a school-based setting. This role offers the opportunity to create significant positive impacts on the lives of children with special needs and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement treatment plans for children with special needs.
  • Monitor and measure client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide support and information during IEP meetings.
  • Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and school teams.
  • Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • California License.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Experience working with children with special needs.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to flexible, full-time schedules.
