JOB DESCRIPTION:

Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for many patients care tasks to ensure that each patient receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist residents with day-to-day tasks
  • Work alongside our nurse educator and our nursing staff
  • Assisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed
  • Physical endurance for frequent activity; ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
  • Preparing each resident’s room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment and bathroom needs
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • This is an entry level opportunity. No prior experience is required due to the training program we would provide
  • Must be willing to learn and apply new skills
  • Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
  • Strong customer service skills and compassion
