Admin Assistant/ Front Desk Receptionist

Antra Inc, is looking to add a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/ Front Desk Receptionist to provide support to our main office. We are looking for someone excited
about joining a growing company in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this
position should have a great attitude, high-energy and outstanding people skills.
Your central goal is to provide outstanding customer service and support. As the 'face' of our
company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people's
skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and
organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and provide them with customer service.
• Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies in
the office such as pens, forms, and paper.
• Answer questions and incoming calls.
• Appointment scheduling
• Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
• Track and order office equipment and supplies.
• Maintain records and files.
• Assist other departments if needed
• Work with building office management team
• Coordinate with third party to manage the company employee housing

Requirements:
• High school diploma or relevant qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Good attitude to maintain a positive teamwork environment.
• Commitment to excellent Customer Service.
• Bilingual preferred
• Team player, flexible, and willing to cross-train and assist other departments.

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000. The salary of the finalist selected for
this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of
experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic
market data. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other
benefits also are available.
