This position is for 2 hours per week and you will report to the same location every week.OT Responsibilities:Complete OT Assessments and reportsComplete OT Therapy as needed. COTA's will complete majority of therapy sessionsEnter IEP information (present levels, goals, service amount) into the IEP document systemAttend IEP meetingsSupervise COTACollaborate with SPED Team members and teachersComplete Quarterly Progress Reports if RequiredWho You Are:You have experience as a school based OTYou are a self starter and extremely organizedMaster's degree from an accredited school or program.California Current Board of Occupational Therapy licenseCurrent Registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).You are able to travel between school sites and have reliable transportationBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental & vision )Voluntary life coverageCritical illness coverageLong term disability coverageAccidental coverageVacation hoursPaid sick hoursAnnual CEU reimbursement401K planFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Employee assistance programEmployee referral bonus programRelocation Assistance Pay Range : $60 - $70 DOEImproving lives.
