- General Surgical Cases (Adult, Pediatric, Trauma, Central line Insertion, PA catheter placement, Ventilation Management, Chest Tube Insertion, Cholecystectomy, Herniplasty
• Trauma Level:
- Fac 1: III
- Fac 2: None (acute surgery only)
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
- Willing to work/cover in 2 facilities
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active CO license
• BC
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS
• Clean Record
• Proof of COVID Vaccine
• 2 years of experience (outside of residency)
• Case logs in past 12 months
- 20 General Surgery logs
- 25 Trauma Surgery logs
