What We Offer

At Caring for Family of Companies, our Caregivers are the heartbeat and lifeblood of our company. We match our employees' passion with vested support, competitive benefits, and hands-on training. In addition to industry-leading pay, you can expect the following:

  • $17-$18 per hour - Part Time, Full Time, and Entry Level Caregiving positions available

Scope of Duties

Every Caregiver we hire embodies our mission to provide the gold standard of care for individuals across locations. For our entry level Caregivers, we offer paid training and the opportunity to advance in your caregiving career. The scope of your duties may include:

  • Provide compassionate companionship for Clients
  • Provide reliable, safe transport for errands such as grocery shopping
  • Providing reliable, safe transport to medical appointments (Private Pay Clients only)
  • Provide housekeeping services for Clients' home, such as laundry
  • Provide meal preparation for Clients
  • Provide medication reminders only (no administration)
  • Clock in and Clock out of shifts on time
  • Documentation of Task Completion

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Dedication to reliability and compassionate care of Clients
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and valid auto insurance
  • Previous Caregiving experience is a bonus, but not required. We will provide all the training, mentorship, and support you need

Portland Oregon Metro Service Area - including Portland, Banks, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Cedar Mill, West Lynn, Lake Oswego, Tigard, Gresham, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Clackamas, Happy Valley
