Where you will work
The Lewiston mill is the largest of Clearwater Paper's facilities, producing both paperboard and tissue product, and boasting over 1200 talented employees. Approximately two hours away from Clearwater Paper's headquarters in Spokane, Washington, the Lewiston paper mill is a key component in Clearwater Paper's business strategy.

What you will do
As an intern at Clearwater Paper you will have the exciting opportunity to work on value-adding projects and gain a general knowledge of manufacturing. Engineering Interns will work under the supervision of our Department Managers to develop, implement, and maintain our systems to meet business objectives and goals.

Machine guarding assessments

Industrial hygiene monitoring

What you will need
To be successful in this position, we are looking for candidates with the following:

Effective verbal and written communication skills, leadership experience, and self-motivation

Applicant must be enrolled full-time and be accepted into the School of Occupational Safety

Be in good academic standing Preferably 2-3 years of schooling remaining

Must have good organizational skills including clearly documenting tasks, and have effective verbal and written communication skills
