QualificationsEducationBachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharm D degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.ExperienceSome experience preferred(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)Licensure/CertificationLicensed (within 3 months of hire) and in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy. Memberships: Annual memberships in the Oklahoma Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists are strongly encouraged. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is encouraged during orientation, but required within 3 moths of hire.
