About this role: Provision of day-to-day planning support with the offshore Team to help ensure the successful and timely delivery of all work within assigned project. Produce planning deliverables such as S-curves, one-page dashboard by project, histograms and tabular man-hour reports. Routinely performing complete or component analysis of projects and notifying the entire project team about abnormalities or variances with respect to offshore productivity. Monitor, analyze and validate project status, ensure timely and accurate updating of project dashboards and highlight issues early to the stakeholders. Act as point of contact for any offshore activities and progress reporting. Carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by his hierarchical superiors. The Planner is responsible for planning work order tasks by clearly identifying the work needed by craft and associated equipment and materials to complete the job safely and efficiently. Update day-to-day planning & forecast dates for the offshore activities. Follow up on the physical progress of the planned activities and provide delay analysis. What you need to bring: Engineer with minimum of 10 years' experience in Planning / Scheduling of O&G installations. Thorough experience and understanding of planning and scheduling principles and in the use of Primavera P6 software Experience in estimation and/or specialization in finance (accounts and management) and/or experience in EPCIC project management. SAP knowledge in PM and MM Modules would be an added advantage. Demonstrable proficiency with integrated planning environments and processes. Experience in the use of relevant software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Power BI). Fluent in English. Good interpersonal and communication skills. TBOSIET and H2S training to be completed. Medically fit to work on offshore Installation.
