Job Description

Pay Range: $16.40 to $19.30 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)
  • Administrative support for the Delta Colorado Feed Mill. Including processing all data and information, customer service to outside sales. Manage the smooth daily operations of the office.
  • Take feed orders from Foster Farms breeder ranches and outside sales customers, process daily shipping and receiving data, reconcile weight certificates. Update outside sales formula prices. Generate, print and process invoices. Order all vaccines for breeder ranches. Prepare and ship drug assays and microbiology lab samples.
  • Process all local invoices and track invoices thru the payment process.
  • General office duties including answering phones, customer service, scanning, data entry, filing, paying weekly bills, relaying information as needed. Receiving and sorting incoming mail and all deliveries.
  • Check and update feed tags and formulas for changes to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist our Vehicle Safety Department with insuring compliance with all records pertaining to vehicles and drivers; repairs, inspections, DVIRS, licenses, trip reports, drivers logs and medical certificates.
  • Request payment checks for all Federal, Colorado State and operating taxes, licenses, and certificates.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required. College degree preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate. Microsoft Office including Excel and Word. Ability to learn MTech and SAP programs.
  • Ten-key by touch.
  • Ability to work without supervision and be resourceful.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
  • Excelent customer service skills and good phone etiquette.
  • Must have good time management skills and ability to maintain good attendance record.
  • Bi-lingual Preferred.
