PRN Occupational Therapist: Galion

JAG Healthcare Galion is looking for a PRN Occupational Therapy (OT) that will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.

Our facility has only 45-beds giving it a homelike feel for our residents. This quaint environment also provides our staff the opportunity to spend meaningful time with their residents without rushing from one room to the next. *QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Must have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Must possess a current certification from NBCOT if required by state.
* Active state license required.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to supervise COTAs and OT techs.
