Job Description:

The Apprentice Technician is an entry-level position that provides hands-on experience in the turbo machinery industry. The apprentice will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the technical team and gain industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Parts: Maintain cleanliness and organization of parts and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Shadowing ExperiencedEmployees: Learn from experienced technicians on how to dismantle turbos and understand the intricacies of the machinery. Onsite Visits: Accompany experienced technicians to customer sites to gain real-world experience and understand customer needs and challenges.

Taking Measurements: Accurately measure parts and equipment using appropriate tools to ensure they meet specifications.

Educational Requirements:

A minimum of a 2-year technical degree is required for this position. This could be in fields such as mechanical engineering, industrial technology, or a related field.

Additional Skills:

Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential for this role. The apprentice should be able to follow instructions closely and show initiative in learning new skills.

Please note that this is a learning position and the apprentice will be expected to grow and develop their skills over time. The goal is for the apprentice to eventually take on more complex tasks as they gain experience and confidence in their abilities.
