Job Descriptionseeking a Full Spectrum, Family Medicine, Core Faculty position for Ballad Health's Family Medicine Residency Program established in 2015 and based in a 116-bed community hospital.This is an employed position for the Family Residency Program, located in Abingdon, Virginia.The ideal candidate must be Family Medicine board certified with training in full-scope family medicine including a desire to provide patient care in different settings. Physician must have a strong commitment to graduate medical education. This is full-time position with the following required duties: resident supervision in the clinic and hospital, attendance at meetings, candidate interviews, curriculum development, and research; and direct patient care and clinical activities working with our residents.
