Ideal candidates will have 2-to-5 years of peer firm or Big Law experience representing mid-to-large market clients in management side labor and employment matters. The Associate will support clients of the firm seeking advice and counsel, including compliance, drafting employment agreements , drafting restrictive covenants, drafting confidentiality agreements and providing training and counsel to employers as best practices to avoid litigations. Superior writing skills, strong presentation abilities and the ability to communicate clearly are required. Experience with litigating wage and hour disputes, workplace investigations and discrimination allegations are preferred.

Bachelors Degree and JD from a top law school required. Solid, tenured experience with one firm since graduation is preferred. Compensation (165K-220K) is based on experience, trajectory and subject matter expertise. Additionally, an attainable bonus and a robust benefits package are offered.
