Kitewheel is a customer journey orchestration platform that enables businesses to create personalized and seamless customer experiences across various touchpoints and channels.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Healthcare experience for either payer or provider-Microservices / REST experience-Business Process Modeling Experience

Responsibilities:
• Develop Kitewheel solutions for Customer Engagement and Personalization use-cases.
• Work with scrum team to intake requirements and build features, fix bugs, and plan new requirements.
• Work with client team to ensure development best-practices and groom use-cases.
