Here's what you'll do:
  • Estimate internal costs of materials based on job specifications
    •Determine the production centers and routing needed to produce the job as specified
    •Calculate costs associated with product and vendor outsourcing
    •Use internal or external sources to help establish best materials and processes for RFQ's
    •Establish a consultative approach with clients and sales teams
    •Proactive self-starter with a Great Attitude and Work Ethic
    •Maintain awareness and knowledge of material price changes and competitive pricing
    •Constant communication with internal teams
Project Coordinator Duties Include:
  • Oversee and manage installations with outsourced vendors and customers
    •Ability to read and work with abstract designs, elevation plans or blueprints
    •Lead and schedule pre/post meetings for small and large rollouts with production team
    •Evaluate production methods to produce projects in the most economical way and on time
    •Solve problems in the in the office and out on the field as they develop
    •Accurately measure and perform site surveys and measurements for new projects
    •Perform follow up meetings with team members after completion of work to best identify areas for
    improvement
We are looking for these things in your background:

GED is required, although you get extra points with a college degree, or technical school plus two to three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Minimum (2) years' experience as an estimator in addition, project management in small and large format digital printing
•Solid working knowledge of large format printing, finishing processes and materials
•Knowledgeable in the movement of materials through the printing process
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
•Proactive self-starter with a Great Attitude and Work Ethic
•Strong background in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Suite software
•Exceptional math skills in whole numbers and fractions. Must be able to use and read a tape measure
•Report to work as scheduled to support business operations
•Occasional late nights and/or weekend work
•GED Required
