To support the bartenders and servers with the day-to-day operations of the Fig Restaurant. Ensure smooth Guest service through proper upkeep and stocking of the bar and service areas.

**What you will be doing:**

Reporting to the Director of Outlets, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

* Provide warm and engaging service and greeting each Guest with a smile.

* Assist servers, bartender with table bussing and closing service.

* Locate, wash, polish and replenish glassware as needed throughout the shift

**Your experience and skills include:**

* Must have previous Food & Beverage experience

* Communication skills are critical

* Must be able to communicate clearly and listen attentively to management, guests and fellow employees from the Restaurant servers to the Chef
