Salesforce Project Manager

Responsible for the management of one or multiple moderately complex projects concurrently; plans and performs analysis of company functions, processes, and activities
Must have Managed large, complex Salesforce Projects
Big Plus variable compensation or finance background
High complexity project tasks
moving from manual to automation
Variable comp or financial systems experience
strong PM, experienced with high priority projects who are behind
SFDC +++
Responsibilities
Delivery of products/solutions through the life cycle of the project from draft phase to the final solution rollout.
Implementation of a good communication strategy within the project to ensure that all stakeholders are regularly briefed.
Taking ownership of project tasks and deliverables.
Build close partnerships and liaise with various stakeholders including cross functional teams, SMEs and vendors.
Produce scope of works project plan as per requirements.
Assessment of risks for successful delivery of tasks.
Determine resource allocation and prioritization.
Manage external vendor working on the project.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology, computer science, business, accounting, or a related field
Finance systems experience
5-8 years of full cycle enterprise business project management experience
Evidence of a track record of successful full cycle IT project management
Previous business analyst experience
Strong knowledge and skills in various project management tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, both verbal and written
Education: Bachelors Degree
