Corporate Associate

to join their

Corporate Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions

(PE and M&A) practice group in

any of their Texas offices , which includes

Houston, Austin, and Dallas .

As a

5+ year associate , you will have the opportunity to work on

complex transactions

and collaborate with

top-tier clients

in the PE and M&A space. Ideal candidates will possess a

Texas bar license

or the ability to waive into the Texas bar licensure,

solid grades

from a

top-tier law school ,

Clerkship experience strongly preferred , and

AmLaw firm experience .

This firm offers a salary based on the

Cravath scale , along with a

comprehensive bonus structure

and full

benefits package .
