Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
- General bookkeeping, reconciliations, bank deposits, A/R & A/P, payroll, taxes
- Perform various administrative functions including faxing and filing
- Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets
- Maintaining employee records and time log
- Coordinating and organizing research across internal departments
Preferred Qualifications of the Bookkeeper:
- Experience using QuickBooks Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Quick learner with a strong desire to learn
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance multiple projects
