Ultrasound Tech Will Be Responsible For:* Performing sonographic procedures, under the direction of the Director, Supervisor and Radiologist, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.* Performing a variety of technical procedures that require sound judgement and initiative to apply ultrasound for diagnosis.* Performing color doppler vascular exams as well as abdominal, OB/GYN, and small parts exams.* Assuming responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required, which is inclusive of departmental, surgery, Cath Lab and portable exams.What You Will Need:Two year educational or specialized training program in sonography and must be registered with American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) and in a category, [OB/GYN; Abdomen; Vascular; Breast]. Consistently shows proficiency in ultrasound exams.Minimum of one year clinical experience in vascular color doppler, Abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, and Breast under the supervision of a Radiologist.
