Required Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferred) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in invoice processing, invoice accounting or related field - Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication) - Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams - Building positive relationships and rapport among project teams - Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint - The use of project management software such as Procore - Performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature - Assigning, prioritizing, monitoring, and reviewing work assignment - Carefully review detailed documents and identify areas of non-compliance - Calculate taxes, discounts, and other financial transactions with precision
