Registered Nurse First Assist Travel Nurse

A healthcare company is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse First Assist to work as a Travel Nurse for a 13-week Rapid Response contract.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nursing License
  • Minimum of 1-year recent experience in an acute care facility
  • Current BLS, ACLS certifications

Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to listen and understand information and ideas quickly

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects
  • Record patients medical information and vital signs
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients conditions
  • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records

This position is located in Atlanta, GA. The shift is 3x12 hr days and the start date is ASAP.
