Company: 3DX Industries Inc. is a growing Precision Manufacturing company located near Ferndale, WA. We are capable of producing a wide range of products using additive and subtraction manufacturing processes. Equipment includes a state of the art 3D Metal Printing System, numerous CNC machines as well as other precision manufacturing equipment. Job Description: 3DX Industries, Inc. is in search of a candidate who is self-motivated, energetic and pursues high principals, purposes and goals to join our team in the role of Administrative/Reception on a part time to full time basis. This individual will be responsible for managing paper flow through our facility, invoicing, work order flow, scheduling, customer inquiry and follow-ups, reception duties and other administrative tasks as required. The position requires great attention to detail, strong technical skills, outstanding communication and the ability to work under pressure with tight timelines a must. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for open and close of front office area for the day; General office/admin duties (typing, filing, archiving, scanning, copying, etc); Create/Input/Manage data into companies ERP System (JobBoss) - training provided; Manage Projects to completion within ERP system; Create packing slips and invoices; Purchasing and receiving duties; File and maintain hard copy records; Distribute mail and manage incoming/outgoing shipments; Perform other office responsibilities and projects as needed. Skills: Strong organizational background Comfortable with learning new software JobBoss software knowledge an asset Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping skills an asset Strong Understanding of MS Office software Excellent scheduling ability Good multitasking ability Must be professional, friendly, customer service oriented (answering phone calls, interpersonal communication) Maintain a clean and organized work space Excellent typing skills required Strong written and verbal skills Candidate must possess reliable transportation Benefits: Compensation based on experience and qualifications Send resume to: info@3dxindustries.com
