Any employee that works a regular schedule of 4 hours or more per day or exceeds 1,000 hours per year is automatically enrolled in Cal Pers.Requirements / QualificationsGraduation from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association. At least one year occupational therapy experience working with children with moderate to severe disabilities. Working Knowledge of sensory integration and motor evaluation and training required.Application must be complete and show a combination of the minimum required education and experience. Must provide current licensure, and must maintain licensure during course of employment, by the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
