Job Summary: Responsible for enrolling eligible women into the BCCCP.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all phone calls re: BCCCP enrollment.
  • Identify and enroll eligible women into the BCCCP.
  • Facilitate appointments.
  • Assemble and mail enrollment letters to patients.
  • Navigate BCCCP eligible women to dispel any barriers.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required, some college preferred.
  • Customer Service skills and experience required.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in Word, Access, and Excel.
  • Must have good organizational skills and can work well independently and as part of a team.
