Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity Details: CHI St. Alexius Health-Bismarck, ND:

  • Level II Trauma Center
  • Annual volume trending at 19k
  • 1.2 patients/hr.
  • EMR-Epic
  • 40 hrs of Physician Coverage-All ABEM Team
We offer a robust compensation package

FTE Base Compensation & Bonus:

  • $250/hr.
  • Quality & Productivity Bonus = $10/hr.
  • Retention Bonus = $100K
  • Treated as a forgivable loan over 1st 3 years.
  • 10hr. Shifts

  • CME = $5K annually

CHI St. Alexius Health is the largest healthcare delivery system in central and western North Dakota and is comprised of a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, and critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn, and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services. In addition, CHI St. Alexius Health manages five CAHs in North Dakota- Ashley, Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, SD.
