OXFORD VALLEY POOL

* Organizes, coordinates, and manages the front desk and concession, including equipment and safety procedures, admission of patrons, fee collection, and enforcement of rules.

* Supervises and trains cashier personnel including assigning and explaining duties, overseeing performance of duties and preparing timesheets and performance evaluations.

* Develops front desk/gate keeping work schedule and obtains final approval from the Pool Manager.

* Effectively and efficiently operates front desk and its equipment, maintaining them in excellent condition at all times and taking steps to improve operations where necessary.

* Manages money including POS operation, completion of financial reports and banking and implementing procedures to assure balanced revenue accounting on a daily basis.

* Works closely with management to promote the pool, its programs and other Parks and Recreation facilities/activities.

* When needed, assists the Pool Manager/Assistant Manager.

* Other duties may be assigned.

* Possess excellent communication skills.

* Highly motivated and personable.

* Must enjoy working with the public, able to handle adverse conditions and manage conflict in a professional manner.

* Experience with bookkeeping and cashiering.

* Strong leadership and organizational skills.

* Able to operate POS system and perform mathematical skills required for making change, calculating change and completing financial reports.

* Must be flexible with work schedule, including after hour rentals (as needed).

* Current FBI Fingerprint, PA Child Abuse, and PA Criminal Background check clearances as required by law.
