AP Specialist

Responsibilities:

• AP Specialist role will be heavily focused on providing AP support
• AP Specialist will be joining a team of 4 full time AP staff.
• AP Specialist will be processing vendor bills - will be doing most of the HQ vendor bills, mainly recurring bills that need to be processed including staffing firm bills and credit cards
• AP Specialist will code vouchers, send for approvals, then process for payment through Bill.com.
• Check runs are done nightly.
• AP Specialist will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of AP experience required for AP Specialist role
• com, federal grants, and/or Sage Intacct experience preferred
• Nonprofit experience is preferred but not required
• Degree is a plus, but not required
• Basic Excel skills
