Job Summary: The Practice Advisor plays a crucial role in guiding healthcare providers through the onboarding process on the HelloKlarity Marketplace platform. This position involves a blend of client relationship management, teaching and instruction, and support to ensure that providers are aware of their responsibilities and obligations when administering a practice on the HelloKlarity Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Host and conduct detailed onboarding sessions for healthcare providers in a virtual environment.
  • Provide a comprehensive introduction to compliance and quality expectations within the HelloKlarity Marketplace.
  • Clarify the continuity of care obligations and ensure providers understand their private practice responsibilities.
  • Prepare and review the "Ready to Launch" checklist and coordinate final review and launch calls.
  • Offer guidance on mandatory policies, including quality of care, patient complaints, and code of conduct.
  • Navigate providers through the setup and use of the Kiwi EHR system, including troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Communicate effectively with providers to schedule and prepare for onboarding calls.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field OR commensurate experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in healthcare advisement, compliance, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in telehealth or remote healthcare delivery.
  • Highly personable and enjoy meeting with new clients
  • Healthcare compliance or quality experience a huge plus
