An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the growing BILH team as a Hem/Onc Registered Nurse. In this role, you will be making a positive difference to people's lives.

Scheduled Hours: 0
Work Shift: Day (US)

As a professional registered nurse, you will utilize the nursing process as the frame of reference for practice while providing direct nursing care to patients and families. You will be responsible for assessing healthcare needs, formulating care plans, making necessary nursing judgments, and coordinating patient care while directing assistive personnel to provide safe, effective, efficient, equitable, and timely patient-centered care.

In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to meet the needs of patients and families. You will be expected to demonstrate your commitment to patient safety, as well as maintain and communicate trust and respect with patients and families. In addition, you will participate in quality improvement activities and take responsibility for your own nursing practice.

Education:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
Baccalaureate degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Experience:
1-3 years related work experience required.

License/Certification(s):
License Registered Nurse required.
American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certificate required.
