Servant Leadership PhilosophyAssist to establish performance goals, allocate resources and assess policies for department AssociatesAssist to conduct employment interviews, performance appraisals and administer rewards and discipline as necessaryAssist to coach and motivate Associates to foster ongoing development and help them reach their potentialEnsure compliance of Associates with established policies, procedures and practicesAssist to monitor department budget and payroll including COG, labor and expenses, taking action when necessary to meet all sales and profitability goalsOversee quality standards; assist in conducting continuous inspections and testing of all products to ensure that Company standards are metAssist to ensure that all federal, state, local and Company regulations and standards for product freshness, safety, refrigeration, sanitation and weights and measures are metMaintain an awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisementsMaintain the highest level of standards in product display and preparationSell and serve Prepared Foods foodsInitiate suggestive selling and sampling of productsAssist in processing and replenishing merchandiseParticipate in receiving and monitoring floor stockAdhere to all Company policies, procedures and practicesCommunicate any customer special requests to managementCommunicates with coworkers and management to solve problems and improve quality and serviceAbout You:1+ years of equivalent experience and trainingStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to think criticallyRetail experience strongly preferredKnowledge of prepared foods products preferredAbility to move or handle merchandise throughout the storeAbility to work varied hours/days as dictated by businessDi Bruno Bros. is an Equal Opportunity EmployerCompensation: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour We provide extraordinary food experiences, inspired by our legacy.
