  • Must have experience in Central Finance (implementation and/or support)
  • Good understanding of SLT
  • Nice to have SAP FICO knowledge covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking and Asset Accounting
  • Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Should have worked on onsite offshore model
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot issues relating to Central Finance.
  • Should possess good knowledge of SAP FICO - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking and Asset Accounting
  • Ensure Service per agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Ensure effective management of RCAs, Problems etc.
  • Working closely with the other Service Delivery Managers
  • Provide On call support for P1 and P2 incidents.
  • Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
