Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to support one of our clients based out of Greenville, NC. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience configuring Salesforce platform, with a deep functional understanding of its architecture, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Mobile applications required.
  • Detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and documentation.

Desired:
  • Experience in a senior role or a willingness to take on senior responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with ITSM systems, particularly in service and change management.
  • Knowledge of OKTA or other identity provider systems.
  • Previous experience with cloud content management systems like Box.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support core Salesforce system across the company, with a focus on supporting various sales channels.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve moderate to complex technical issues both onsite and remotely.
  • Research, recommend, and implement plugins or Connected Apps to enhance Salesforce functionality.
  • Design and develop custom visual force pages as required.
  • Support and improve user access to Salesforce on tablet and mobile devices.
  • Develop reports for different units in the company to aid in the coordination of activities.
  • Recommend and document best practice policies and procedures for the Service Center, including Knowledge Base documentation and templating. Document troubleshooting and resolution notes within the ITSM software.
  • Continuously conduct research to resolve issues and problems while enhancing individual abilities and knowledge.
  • Maintain user roles and security to ensure data integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Provide after-hours support when required, typically for system updates and scheduled events.
