Our client is a leading non-profit social services provider is looking for an Outpatient Coordinator.

Position Type: Full-Time/Perm

Schedule: Mon-Fri (No weekends)

Location: Williamstown, NJ

Job Summary:
• To provide support to the Outpatient Senior Program Director in the coordination of services within the Outpatient Program.
• The coordinator will assist with orientating new staff and interns, audit records, review electronic health records, and assist with program administrative tasks.
• The Outpatient Coordinator will also provide assessment and evidence-based treatment for individuals, families, and couples following the Principals of Trauma Informed Care.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate degree with current New Jersey license; LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCADC, CADC with ability to acquire advanced license within one year from date of hire.
• Minimum two years post graduate, direct clinical experience, providing psychotherapy within a behavioral health setting.
• Knowledge, training, and application of evidence-based treatment.
• Knowledge of Trauma Informed practice and treatment.
• Able to work in a fast paced, multi-cultural behavioral health setting.
• Proficient in use of computer, familiar with use of an electronic health system.
• Ability to complete documentation independently, accurately, and adhere to timeframes.
• Willingness to utilize clinical supervision to promote independent decision making and enhance system collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge, skill, and ability; DSM V/ICD-10, systems of care, risk factors, evidence-based assessment tools.
• A valid NJ driver's license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide competent, direct clinical services to adults, children, and adolescents through a variety of modalities such as individual, group, and family.
• Complete required documentation within established timeframes per Federal, State, County, and agency regulations, policy and procedure. Adhere to HIPAA regulations in all related member matters.
• Provide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment appropriate to psychiatric recommendations and members presenting concerns regardless of race, gender, culture, or ethnicity.
• Maintain professional license; obtain advanced license, participate in staff professional development trainings and workshops as mandated/required.
• Maintain weekly productivity standards of 65% which is adjusted based on number of hours expected to work on coordinator activities.
• Maintain show rate target of 72% for clinical time with clients.
• Assist Outpatient Senior Program Director with administrative tasks, electronic health record reports, chart audits and report data as needed.
• Attend monthly/weekly supervision meetings with Outpatient Senior Program Director and monthly staff meetings.
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Outpatient Senior Program Director.
