This role will involve developing and implementing sales and pipeline management processes and forging key relationships to propel our company forward in the marketplace.*Employment is based in Manhattan, with a requirement of 3 days per week in the office.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize sales and pipeline management processes to support the Head of Sales.Assist in exploring and consummating strategic channel partnerships alongside the co-founder and commercial growth leader.Manage early adopter co-design and pilot activities, ensuring smooth execution and maximum impact.Support the sales team in key pursuits such as managing RFP responses, proposal submissions, and pitch meetings. Qualifications3-5 years of experience supporting sales or growth teams in a lean, fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in utilizing leading-edge technologies and sales-related tools (e.g., Upwork, SF.com).Excellent team orientation with a focus on supporting high-profile performers.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.Skilled in delegating tasks and ensuring accountability for high performance.Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team over time.Familiarity with generative AI tools and emerging technologies in sales operations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.Proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines.Compensation$80KWorldClassHealth.com is an equal opportunity employer.
